Welcome to the Middle Barton
Drama Group website. We are an active group who meet regularly and
produce a range of plays at the
Alice Marshall Hall in North Street, Middle Barton in
Oxfordshire. The group was formed over 20 years ago and we still have
founder members as well as new younger members in our list.
Although rather limited, the
stage at the Alice Marshall Hall has nevertheless allowed us to present
a wide variety of productions from farce to thrillers, from pantomime to
musical evenings.
We aim to put on at least two
shows a year and we are always glad to welcome new members. If you are
interested in becoming a member (whether to tread the
boards or to help with scenery, costumes or any part of a production),
we would be delighted to hear from you. The Group rehearses on Thursday
and Sunday evenings –
sometimes more if the need
becomes apparent!
